We return to recognising the difference between the man and the office, unfortunately Donald J Trump also struggles to tell the two apart.

The reaction to Trump's refusal to visit London in February has been farcical on all sides, starting with Trump's supposed reasons (does this man take any advice from his researchers?  Does he have any researchers at all?).  However, Trump's hardcore supporters, including those in the UK have predictably used it in order to bolster their own beliefs.

I caught a few minutes' worth of the BBC R5L phone in yesterday morning and as a woman who experienced a significant amount of verbal abuse in the workplace many years ago, I was appalled to hear another woman, British,  excusing this man's behaviour (or 'locker room banter').  And another contributor who believed it was ok to refer to other countries as s*#t holes, in public (whilst people may think this in private, it's neither big nor clever to state this if you're the US President). And another who thought he was, and I quote - "a breath of fresh air".

The world's gone mad I tell you!!

State Secretary Rex Tillerson the latest to go through the exit revolving door. Seen by many as a "voice of reason" within an increasingly chaotic White House, don't know where this will leave the proposed talks between N. Korea and the USA once Trump installs the "Yes Man" he's obviously looking for.
