Win today and we are second

Beat Oxford and we are in a semi final

Walter Mitty is no longer the owner.

This could be the best season ever.

Words almost fail me. I've been going to Gigg Lane for 53 years, and that was possibly the greatest game of football I've ever seen there.

Said the same. One of the greats throughout.

Bloody Rubbish, Bury.

Oh, hang on, we came back from 3 - 1 down against the second-placed team and won 4 - 3.

Wahey!!!!!!!!! (And Bolton lost....)

Might just get a half in tonight!

There was a bloke in the toilets in the main stand at half time, saying "this is bloody terrible".

We had played some great football in the first half as well. Just hadn't got the rub, I was sure we would go on and get something even at three one, the quality of the football was insane at times.

And best of all the football team won.

Quality afternoon, one of the best at Gigg in a long while.

It had the feel of a classic right from the off. I always thought we were well in it - even at 3-1 - and as soon as Telford scored I genuinely thought we had a great chance of winning it.

Both sides were guilty of the odd defensive mistake but it made for a brilliant spectacle.

Had the same feeling when we got it back to 3-2 at Oldham until their dodgy 4th goal. We would have won that too had that not happened.
